The Show:
Like a muppet poking fun at the world, playful songs and raw honesty are served up in a story of acceptance, self-discovery, and a fearless tasting of life’s oddest dishes. Fusing satire with compassion, Tall Mark’s autobiographical bouquet squirts emotional complexity, meaningful insight, and slick wit.
Five instruments. No bananas. One swear word.

“WTF in the best way”
“Disarmingly authentic”
★★★★★ “Tall Mark has instantly made my top five. His charm is unusual but warm, his music is catchy but odd, and his humour is unfamiliar and strange but gentle and relatable.” — Aiden Bruce (Kingston Theatre Alliance)
The Artist:
Tall Mark, from Parts Unknown (born in Vancouver, BC), has spent the past five years touring tip-to-tip across Canada with his unique brand of bard-jester shenanigans. His whimsy has performed at festivals including Mariposa Folk, Islands Folk, and Filberg, served as mainstage emcee at Quadrapalooza, and led years of workshops at Woodstove Festival. A recipient of funding from FACTOR and Creative BC for his work in organizing and inspiring music community, Tall Mark’s dynamic presence extends beyond traditional musicianship, creating a lively and connective experience for audiences. He can also wiggle each ear individually.
